Lord Douglas Hurd, the former Conservative Foreign Secretary during the Gulf War launching his new book this week, 'Image in the Water'. 

Recently Lord Hurd was a supporter of Kenneth Clarke, the loser in the Conservative Party leadership election.

Week 41
Thought we'd take Lydia to see the sea for the first time.  So we sped off to Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast.  The day saw very high winds but otherwise we were lucky, a good pub lunch (Lydia's first), great beer and then home.

Larry Hagman, best know for his role as JR in the 1980s soap, Dallas.

Lydia is now starting to eat 'real' food.  Her favourite seems to be pureed Butternut Squash, though Sweet Potatoes go down ok too.

Another four generations this time the Hursts.  Mum, Great Nanny and Grandad Hurst with Lydia.
